Susan L. Curry

Susan L. Curry is a financial advisor with more than 23 years of experience helping individuals and families focus to build, protect, and grow their wealth. As a fiduciary* and Director and Financial Advisor at Curry Wealth Management with LPL Financial, Susan brings a distinct combination of technical expertise and genuine care to every client relationship she builds. 

A Georgia native, Susan grew up in Dallas, Georgia, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of West Georgia and Georgia State University. Her background in psychology and sales gave her a distinct foundation for a career in financial services—one built on listening, building trust, and translating what matters most to people into thoughtful, comprehensive financial plans. She holds Series 7, 66, and 26 with LPL Financial licenses, as well as life and health insurance licensure.

After many years in a bank brokerage environment, Susan made the deliberate move to an independent model with LPL Financial, allowing her to serve clients with greater flexibility and a truly holistic approach—one tailored to each client's unique goals, values, and long-term vision. She primarily serves accomplished individuals and families navigating key life transitions, particularly around retirement, who are seeking clarity, structure, and a valued partner to guide them forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Susan is deeply committed to her faith and community. She serves weekly at Westridge Church, has participated in mission trips to Scotland, and supports numerous organizations including Young Life, Compassion International, Camp Sunshine, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She resides in Acworth, Georgia, with her husband, Timothy, and is the proud mother of daughter Spencer, a student at the University of Alabama. Susan stays active through running, tennis, and pickleball, and loves spending time with friends, attending concerts, and exploring new restaurants.
